Registration

Following the very successful hybrid congress in 2022, the 32nd ECVS Annual Scientific Meeting 2023 will again be held as a hybrid event.

Registration is now open via our registration platform (access via 'your ECVS').
A personal login is required to register. If you do not have a login, please contact us at [email protected].

For planning purposes, all delegates need to indicate whether they plan to participate on-site or online*). This preference can be changed any time up until the very start of the congress. On-site delegates will have access to all online content as well.

Note about online access to the congress content:

All delegates (on-site and online) will be given access to the congress e-platform. During the actual congress days the sessions can be followed live online at the indicated lecture times (all indicated times are CEST).

From Monday, 17 July onwards, all scientific streams will become available onlline for a period of 6 months. We would like to inform all delegates that it will not be possible to watch the content with just a little delay (e.g. in a different time zone) during the actual congress days or during the week immediately following the meeting as intense video editing and post-production of the content is required. Thank you for your understanding.

*) For ECVS Diplomates, online participation counts toward recertification as well.

Scientific Programme

Scientific Programme Highlights

Small Animals

The main part of the Small Animal programme will consist of three streams: The orthopaedic stream features sessions on minimal invasive fracture repair and catastrophic trauma. Well-known speakers will expand on different aspects of surgical shoulder disorders and share cutting edge knowledge on 3D printing. Further, a panel of orthopaedic surgeons has been invited to Cracow to share the “cases, that they hate to talk about” in an interactive format with us.

In soft tissue surgery, a combined session with the VSSO will focus on feline oncologic surgery, practical aspects of tumor histopathology and oncological challenges in the cranium. The general soft tissue surgery stream will deal with BOAS, hiatic hernias, biliary surgery and gallbladder mucoceles. Experts will discuss challenging skin reconstruction cases from the audience in an interactive format.

The neurosurgical session will focus on spinal trauma.
