We provide non-technical skills training, acknowledging high-performing teams have great social and cognitive skills. Our specialist staff are well known throughout Australia through our engagement with teaching (vets and veterinary students), resident training and our leadership positions in our industry. We require our nursing staff to stretch and grow across multiple disciplines to expand their skills and knowledge within the hospital, providing work opportunities, and continuing education. We close the hospital and hold regular team building events, work with all staff to set goals for their professional development and assist them with the resources to achieve these.
