The Alvetia Veterinary Clinic is Hiring an Experienced Veterinary Surgeon
As part of the development of our surgery department, Alvetia Veterinary Clinic is looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon, board-certified, board-eligible, or holding a DESV, who wishes to practice exclusively in surgery.
Who are we ?
Located in Thionville, in Eastern France, our facility brings together a dynamic multidisciplinary team of 80 professionals, including 28 veterinarians, working in a variety of disciplines. The surgery department currently consists of four senior surgeons, one assistant, and two clinicians.
What we offer :
- Attractive salary : Starting from €5,000 net/month, adjusted based on skills and level of autonomy.
- Work-life balance : 4-day workweek and 7 weeks of annual leave (equivalent to 180 working days per year).

- Flexible hours with regular end-of-day schedules at 5:30 PM.
- A rapidly evolving work environment : A planned move in 2026 to a new 2,400 m² facility equipped with cutting-edge technology (CT scan, MRI, fluoroscopy, etc.).
