Social Programme

Saturday evening farewell reception

This year's farewell dinner will take us on a cruise on the Danube - just in time to see dusk setting on the river and the city's iconic sights lit up against the night sky.

Important information: Our boat - the Europa - will depart from its dock (Szilágyi Dezsö Square, Dock 1) at 20:30. Please make sure to be there in time so you won‘t be left behind!

We will cruise for 1.5 hours, during which it will not be possible to leave the boat. After returning to the dock at approx. 22:00, the Europa will remain docked for the remainder of the evening, so the party can continue and you can leave at your own convenience any time after that.

Shuttle buses will run from the BCC to the dock after the closing session as well as back to the BCC after 22:00. Please check the schedule in the programme, on our congress app or on location with the Office.

Spouses Programme

Due to a lack of registrations, the foreseen tours had to be cancelled. If you are looking for alternative options, the tour operator Dynamic Tours is offering a wide range of individually bookable tours in and around Budapest: www.dynamictours.hu
