Pre congress workshops Thursday July 2
Busses will leave from the Cité de Congrès at 08.00 h on Thursday morning July 2nd - for all workshops.
You will be taken back to the Cité des Congrès by 16.45 the latest – for the opening session of the official programme.

Meeting Hotels
Nantes is a typically French city with a variety of small charming hotels within walking distance from the congress center where we have room allottments booked for ECVS (see the selection of hotels). Also this year you have to make your hotel booking separately from your congress registration.
Please note that with your booking you will be charged a deposit of aproximately one night's room rate including a booking fee of €10.–. The booking fee applies for every single room reservation and is not refundable. The Cité des Congrès booking service guarantees up to May 30 the availabiltiy of rooms - after that date reservations can be made upon availabilty and at normal rack rate.
You have two options to make your hotel room reservation:
- either via the normal hotel booking form which has to be completed and sent or faxed to the Cité des Congrès booking service
- or via the official online booking link of the Cité des Congrès booking service. This feature is only possible if you can guarantee the booking with a credit card. Reservations are possible between July 1 to July 5 only. Follow the indications step by step – you will have to open a personal account with which you will enter a secure site – this to keep confidentiality of your credit card details and personal data.

how to travel to Nantes – mybe some helpful information:
