this year we will have the possibility to host all delegates in the Scandic Grand Marina Hotel www.scandichotels.com/grandmarina . This is a wonderful location, just oposite the Scandic Marina Congress Center, a hotel that offers various accommodation possibilities from the single room to the family suite, spacious rooms to be shared - make your inquire directly with the hotel. We have been able to negociate interesting room rates for you:
- single room at € 120.–
- twin room at € 140.–
per room, including breakfast buffet, VAT and taxes - and of course the famous Finnish morning sauna.
The online booking is open 01.04.2010 - 07.06.2010. Please note that the reservation code is not the same as the code for e-mail/fax reservations.

- Reservation can be changed or cancelled free of charge until 07.06.2010. Changes made after this date will be charged.
- Rooms can be booked with this rate until no later than 07.06.2010. Rate is available for stays during the period; 27.06.2010 to 07.07.2010. Payment is handled upon arrival.
- The rate is valid at Scandic Grand Marina, Helsinki.
- Children under 13 stay free of charge in adults room. Large breakfast buffet is included.
