Registration form (pdf) and hotel booking form (pdf) - both forms need to be returned to the -ECVS office by November 25th respectively hotel booking by December 20th the very latest.

Please note that the format of the examination has changed: 

• Evening preceeding the exam (approx. 18.00 h – exact time will follow with your personal schedule) information and briefing of examination procedures. You are expected to attend this
• First day morning Part I - case based section
• First day afternoon Part II - practical
• Second day morning and afternoon Part III/I & II – written species related sections
• Third day morning Part III/III - written species related sections
• Third day - noon – examiners and candidates "get together" - right after the examination (your spouse is cordially invited)!
